Her passion and curiosity are in the power of healing trauma through energy work and somatic awareness. As an energetic strategist and healer, she specializes in the energetics behind the transformation to tap into the expansiveness of the creative spirit.

Since 2014, through deep study of somatics, energetics, and manifestation, she has reminded creatives that energetic healing is simple, while trauma is complex.

Taking time to refocus and reconnect with our core—and the ever-evolving desires of our Self—allows us to shape lives that align with the ongoing truth of who we are becoming.
