Intuitive painting is a somatic art practice that explores intuitive energy and the wisdom of the body. You will learn how to bring the inside out in an environment that invites authenticity and freedom. Enter a shame-free space to break through the edges to open the clarity from within.
No prior painting experience is required—just an open mind and a willingness to explore.
Balance Art Meditation
A 75min class to practice moving meditation
This class blends drawing and an intentional environment to help participants quiet the mind, activate both brain hemispheres and tap into deeper aspects of the self. We’ll prepare the body and mind to enter a state of flow, then use bilateral drawing (drawing with both hands simultaneously) to explore a moving meditation to bring harmony to the nervous system.
